Solution: Remove IOUT and COMM wiring, use a multimeter to detect 4-20mA output between IOUT and COMM of the 4-20mA terminal of the converter
Test result: 1. 4-20mA output 2. No 4-20mA output
Solution: 1. Test the field wiring 2. Return the output module to the factory for repair
