These top 10 electromagnetic flowmeter manufacturers in China have changed and affected the growth of technology, all from building electromagnetic flowmeters to influencing several industries in the world today. Regardless of the year, these companies were established, they have made a great impact in the world market and are worth millions of dollars. Here are

After initial debugging and normal operation for a period of time, the common causes of failures during operation are adhesion layer on the inner wall of the flow sensor; lightning strikes; changes in environmental conditions. 1. The inner wall adhesion layer Because electromagnetic flowmeters have more chances to measure suspended solids or dirt bodies than

This type of fault appears during the initial installation and commissioning of the electromagnetic flowmeter, but once the fault is improved and eliminated, it will generally not reappear under the same conditions in the future. Common failures during the commissioning period mainly include three reasons: improper installation, environmental interference, and fluid characteristics. The piping system

Conductive fluids Metals are famously conductive materials for heat and electricity due to the presence of free electrons and ions. Similarly, some fluids are also conductive and possess free ions and electrons due to which it conducts electricity. This property of a fluid is referred to as conductivity which is measured in micro Siemens (µS).

When transporting and hoisting the sensor, the sling should be put on the neck position or the hoisting ring at both ends of the sensor. Do not put a pipe rod in the measuring tube for hoisting, so as not to damage the lining (see Figure 6-27). During hoisting and transportation, the sensor lining and

The electromagnetic flow sensor lining made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) pipe is generally not glued to the wall of the sensor measuring tube, so it is sensitive to vacuum negative pressure. The vacuum in the pipeline will deflate the PTFE lining, making the lining arched in a wave-like shape—a typical negative pressure damage pattern. This destroys

Because large-diameter pipelines are buried in the ground on most occasions, a cement pit should be made before the installation of large-diameter sensors. Figure 6-19 shows a common installation form in the water supply and drainage system. The concrete pit should have enough space for movement. The side walls are buried with steel pipes for

The integrated electromagnetic flowmeter does not need to install a converter separately. The split-type converter is installed near the sensor or in the instrument room, where there is more room for choice, and the environmental conditions are better than the sensor. Its protection level is IP65 or IP64 (dust-proof and splash-proof). The requirements of the

The inlet of the piping system of the process industry is often connected to a container or a high-level tank, and the inlet of a public utility piping system is often connected to a pool or a river channel. The inlet must have a distance of 2-5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe below
