Understanding the role of radar level meters in wastewater treatment from several aspects

The rise in living standards has led to an increasing amount of sewage. In the face of the increasing amount of sewage, the original sewage treatment equipment obviously has certain drawbacks, the replacement is bound to become a trend. In this tide, the pulse radar level meter gradually into the sewage treatment plant.

Among sewage treatment, there is an important apparatus, which is the homogenization tank. Its main role is to regulate the production and domestic sewage so that it is fully integrated and fully separated from the dirty oil, sewage, and sludge, to ensure that the subsequent device deals with the sewage COD, PH, and other indicators in a relatively stable state.

This radar-level transmitter has several advantages over other measuring instruments for wastewater applications.

Advantage one: non-contact radar, no wear and tear, no pollution, good for later maintenance and to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.

Advantage 2: Small measurement blind spot, good measurement effect even for small tanks.

Advantage 3: Water vapor, temperature and pressure changes in the atmosphere hardly affect the device. Thus, even in the heat of summer or the cold of winter, the normal operation of the wastewater treatment plant is not affected.

Advantage 4: Virtually unaffected by corrosion and slight foaming.

Good or bad sewage treatment is directly related to the environment. That is why every instrument for sewage treatment should be chosen appropriately.

Whether it is a pulse radar level meter or a homogenizing tank. Only if all components are functioning properly can the entire treatment system work efficiently.
