Radar water level meter is measurement equipment introduced from abroad in recent years, the water level meter technology is mature, has high measurement accuracy, is easy to install, and is not subject to environmental and geographical restrictions, so it has been widely used.

The radar water level meter antenna transmits a very narrow microwave pulse, this pulse propagates in space at the speed of light and encounters the surface of the measured medium, part of its energy is reflected back and is received by the same antenna.

The time interval between the emitted pulse and the received pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium. Due to the extremely high speed of electromagnetic wave propagation, the time interval between the emitted and received pulses is very small (in the nanosecond range) and difficult to confirm.

it will affect the reflection of the radar wave, i.e. affect the measurement accuracy; the distance between the center of the radar water level meter and the bank of the water body must be greater than the radius of the emitted beam,

otherwise, it will also affect the measurement accuracy; the cantilever bracket for the installation of the radar water level meter must be firm and cannot be shaken up and down; in order to protect the radar water level meter,
