Hexane is a colorless and odorless liquid, and the level measurement in the storage tank is mainly affected by the following factors: first of all, hexane is a volatile liquid, and its evaporation rate is fast. 

Therefore, when measuring the liquid level of hexane storage tanks, it is necessary to choose reliable level measurement technology to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results. 

Due to its non-contact measurement characteristics, the radar level meter can reduce the possibility of evaporation loss caused by contact with hexane, thus effectively improving the accuracy of measurement. 

Secondly, hexane produces large level fluctuations when the liquid level changes. 

This is due to oscillation or intense agitation of the liquid in the tank. In this situation, traditional measurement equipment often can not meet the requirements of accurate measurement.

Case 1: A chemical plant uses radar level meters to measure the level of hexane storage tanks. Due to the limited conditions of the plant, the height of the storage tank is only 3 meters, and the liquid level changes are small. 

The radar level meter has high measurement accuracy, can accurately measure the liquid level changes, and output the corresponding signal to the control system to realize the liquid level monitoring and control. 

Case 2: a chemical laboratory using a radar level meter to measure the level of small hexane tanks. As the laboratory requires real-time monitoring of hexane changes, the traditional liquid-level measurement equipment can not meet the requirements. 

The radar level meter can monitor the liquid level changes in real-time, and through the connection with the computer, the data will be transmitted to the computer to realize the monitoring and recording of liquid level changes.
