Problems about the system of ultrasonic level meter

The ultrasonic level meter is widely used in chemical, water treatment, water, food, food, and other industries for level measurement. It has the characteristics of safety, cleanliness, high precision, long service life, stability and reliability, easy installation and maintenance, and simple reading. Today we will look at what problems are likely to arise in the ultrasonic level meter system and how to solve them.

Ultrasonic level meter adopts two-wire system, three-wire system, or four-wire system technology. When DC 24V power supply is used, a three-core cable can be used, and the negative end of the power supply and the negative end of the signal output share a common core; when an AC 220V power supply or DC 24V power supply is used, a 4-core cable should be used when the power supply circuit is required to be completely isolated from the signal output circuit. DC or AC power supply, 4~20mADC, high and low switching output.

Have a look, at the problems and solutions that often occur in the ultrasonic level meter system.

ZeroInstrument

1. When the ultrasonic level meter system indication value becomes the maximum or the smallest, you can first check whether the detection instrument is normal. If the indication is normal, change the level control to manual remote control to see how the level changes. If the level can be stabilized within a certain range, the fault lies in the level control system; if the level cannot be stabilized, it is usually a fault caused by the processing system, and the cause should be identified from the process side.

2. If the indication of the differential pressure level control instrument does not match the indication of the direct reading instrument on-site, first check whether the direct reading instrument on site is normal. If the indication is normal, check whether the seal liquid of the negative pressure guide tube of the differential pressure level meter is leaking, if there is leakage, refill the seal liquid and adjust the zero point, if there is no leakage, it may be that the negative migration amount of the instrument is wrong, readjust the migration amount, so that the instrument indicates normally.

3. When the ultrasonic level meter system indicates frequent fluctuations in value, analyze the volume of the liquid level control object size. The large capacity is usually caused by instrument failure. If the capacity is small, the first step is to see if there is any change in the process operation, and if there is any change, the process is likely to cause frequent fluctuations. If there is no change, it may be caused by instrument failure.
