Level meter

Radar level meter in the process of use may have some problems, including dead and jumping has a great impact on its use. So, what causes the radar level meter to appear dead and jumping? This situation and how we should solve it? Today on this issue, I made a simple analysis. First of all, […]

An intelligent radar level meter is used for non-contact continuous level measurement of liquids, slurries, and granular materials. It is suitable for applications with large temperature and pressure variations and the presence of inert gases or vapors. It adopts the microwave pulse measurement method, can work normally in an industrial frequency band, can be installed

Radar level meter is widely used in energy, petrochemical, metallurgy, building materials, water conservancy, grain, and other industries. It has the advantages of low maintenance, high performance, high accuracy, high reliability, and long life. Because the transmission of the microwave signal is not affected by the atmosphere, a radar level meter has more obvious advantages

Intelligent radar level meters are widely used in temperature measurement systems in various industries. In the process of its use, it can be affected by a variety of factors, resulting in an inaccurate measurement. Today, I will talk to you about the interference problem of smart radar level meter, and see what methods are effective

With the need for industrial automation development, the instrumentation industry is developing rapidly, but most of these smart instruments come with a large number of microelectronic devices, which have problems such as low insulation strength. Therefore, the lightning protection of smart meters is very important, especially in the thunderstorm season, so as not to cause

A smart radar level meter can be seen as a special time extension tool that can guarantee the stability and accuracy of measurement in a very short period of time. So how can we make the intelligent radar level meter measure without dead space? 1. The measuring range is counted from the point where the

With the widespread use of smart meters, meter failure has become a common problem. If an instrument fails, to find the cause of the failure quickly, it is necessary to understand the production process and the structure, characteristics, performance, and parameters of the instrument control system. Under this premise, the following principles should be followed

A radar level meter is an advanced continuous control radar type level measuring instrument, which is widely used in process control automation in electric power, petrochemical, and other industries. However, due to the complex and diverse field application conditions, there are different requirements for the target setting of the radar level meter. So, in order

In order for the radar level meter to be accurately positioned, the flange or threads must be marked when installing the flange. During installation, the markings must conform to the following instructions. Specific matters are as follows. 1. the radar level meter flange indication mark should point to the tank wall or the center of

Radar level meter in the measurement process, usually accompanied by high temperature, low temperature, stirring, crystallization, and foam, which can cause some interference to the level measurement, today I want to talk about the production process in the case of foam should be how to do. Generally affect the radar level meter measurement of foam
