The role of transmitters in sewage treatment - Just Measure it

The role of transmitters in sewage treatment

Sewage treatment plays an important role in improving water quality, reducing environmental pollution, and improving ecological balance, and is of great significance to our production and life.

It is very necessary to carry out sewage treatment safely. Transmitters serve the control and monitoring process of sewage treatment. Pressure transmitters, liquid level transmitters, etc. are needed in the monitoring unit of sewage treatment.

Pressure Transmitters

Pressure Transmitter

The water inlet pump in the sewage treatment system will use a pressure transmitter. The pressure transmitter in the water inlet pump room needs to ensure the outlet pressure of the water pump for the frequency converter to control the water inlet, which has high requirements for the accuracy and stability of the pressure transmitter.

The pressure transmitter uses the laser adjustment process to perform zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation in a wide temperature range. The accuracy of the pressure transmitter can reach 0.1%.

Level Transmitter

Liquid level transmitters are used in water collection tanks, filter tanks and drainage tanks. Liquid level transmitters have undergone internal humidity control treatment, with a protection level of IP68, which can provide good waterproof function.

Diffused silicon sensitive elements and diaphragm isolation technology provide guarantees for the high stability and high precision of the liquid level transmitter.

In the entire sewage treatment control system, through the combination of various transmitters and other instruments, the working status of the sewage treatment equipment can be diagnosed, the faulty equipment can be given an alarm indication in time, and the corresponding interlocking protection measures can be executed to ensure the safe production.
