First, when installing, pay attention to the strength of the top plate of the tank. A fluctuating displacement of the radar level meter can easily result in inaccurate measurements. To avoid this, pay attention to the strength of the top plate when installing.
Second: When installing, pay attention to the two avoidance. The reason why the radar level meter does not measure correctly is that in most cases the interference signal affects the measurement. Therefore, when installing the radar level meter, pay attention to avoiding the inlet and avoiding internal disturbances.
Third: When installed, the total length of the connecting pipe as well as the flange of the radar level meter receiver should be less than 250 mm. The reason for this is that the radar wave signal can enter the inside of the tank smoothly for level measurement.
Fourth: The radar level meter is installed in the waveguide tube, the waveguide should be theoretically vertical downwards and maintain a vertical relationship with the liquid level, the real working conditions allow a slight deviation, but the deviation should be less than or equal to 0.5 degrees.
Fifthly, the radar level meter should be installed in the waveguide tube, which should be made according to the actual conditions on site and should not be purchased as a set. The working conditions on site are very different and in order to ensure that the radar level meter can measure the level accurately. The waveguide tube should be customized and, as far as possible, made in one piece, with no burrs or welds at the weld.
In radar level meter of the measurement error, many cases do not pay attention to these details, resulting in echo signal interference, and measurement errors. To avoid these situations, the best solution is to master some installation-related knowledge and pay more attention to it when installing.
