The mounting position does not meet the requirements

Treatment solution.

Replace the mounting position (Appendix 5)

Appendix 5

Flowmeter correct installation and precautions.

The length of the straight pipe section is best for the flowmeter before ≥ 10DN, the back end ≥ 5DN, when the site conditions do not allow, at least to meet the front end ≥ 5DN, the back end ≥ 2DN.

The line must be completely filled with liquid. It is essential that the line is always filled with fluid, otherwise, the flow rate display will be affected and measurement errors will occur.

The pipe construction must be designed in such a way that the flow measurement tube is always filled with fluid. Vertical installation is recommended when the fluid is diverted or contains solid deposits.

However, when vertical installation is used, it is important to follow the direction of the fluid from bottom to top to ensure that the line is filled with fluid.

Avoid air bubbles. If air bubbles enter the flow tube, the flow display will be affected and measurement errors will occur.

When air bubbles are present in the fluid, the piping must be designed to prevent the accumulation of air bubbles in the flow measurement tube.

If a valve is present near the flow measurement tube, locating the tube as far upstream as possible from the valve will prevent bubbles from being generated by the reduced pressure.
