Since the flow rate range of liquid and gas is very different, the frequency range is also different. In the amplifier circuit that processes the vortex signal, the circuit parameters of the filter are different. Therefore, the same circuit parameter cannot be used for different measurement mediums. When the medium changes, the circuit parameters should also change accordingly.

In addition, the density of gas and liquid is very different, and the signal intensity generated when the vortex is separated is proportional to the density. Therefore, the signal strength is also different. The gain and trigger sensitivity of the liquid and gas amplifier circuits are different, even if they are the same gas (or liquid, steam). With the pressure and temperature of the medium, the density is different, and the flow range is different, the signal strength is also different, the circuit parameter also needs to change. Therefore, when the vortex flowmeter is used, cavitation occurs in the medium. The circuit parameters and software settings need to be changed accordingly.
