What should I do if the RF Admittance Level Meter is malfunctioning - Just Measure it

What should I do if the RF Admittance Level Meter is malfunctioning

It adopts RF admittance technology and modern microcomputer processing technology, which solves the problems of temperature drift, calibration difficulties, and adhesion of traditional level meters. It is widely used in various industries for continuous measurement of liquid, granular and lumpy materials, and is especially suitable for measurement in high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, strong adhesion, strong abrasion, and large dust environment. But again good things will also have failures, today said two kinds of RF conductivity level meter common failures and encounter failure should do.

The first is the power supply failure, if the RF conductivity level meter has a fault, you should immediately check whether the power supply is in line with the requirements and whether the power supply wiring is in line with the specifications. Only after the power supply is normal, the troubleshooting process can be executed. When the level meter indicator meets the following conditions, it should be overhauled in this way.

Firstly, if the digital tube is not lit, it should be a power supply break/short circuit/damaged electronic unit of the instrument, then the power supply can be checked to send it to the factory for maintenance.

Secondly, if the meter alerts and the control room does not alert, the relay should be damaged or wired incorrectly, then you can check the relay output and wire it. Finally, if the instrument is not alarming and the control room is alarming, the normally open and normally closed contacts of the relay should be reversed and the relay output can be checked and rewired.

If you are using the instrument in the process of failure, you can refer to the above solutions, but the specific solutions need to be based on their actual situation or consult professional technicians and manufacturers.
