When the target flowmeter was selected, first measure the medium flow range and caliber. If measuring general media, the full-scale flow rate of the target flowmeter can be selected within the range of 0.5-12m/s of the measured medium flow rate.
The instrument diameter is not necessarily the same as the processing pipeline. It should be determined whether the measurement flow range is within the flow rate range, that is, when the pipeline flow rate is low and cannot meet the requirements of the flow meter or when the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed at this flow rate, it is required to reduce the diameter of the instrument to increase the flow rate in the pipe and obtain a satisfactory measurement.
The accuracy level and function of the instrument are selected according to the measurement requirements and use occasions, so as to be economical and cost-effective.
