Factory inspection
Each flowmeter must be inspected to be qualified before leaving the factory. Only when all inspection items are qualified can the flowmeter be determined to be qualified, and repairs are allowed if there are unqualified items.
Timing of type evaluation
Type evaluation must be carried out when one of the following conditions exists:
1. When a new product is put into production and appraisal.
2. When the product structure, material, and process have major changes that may affect the technical performance of the product.
3. When the product resumes production after a long-term suspension.
4. When there are differences between multiple batches of factory inspection results and the last type of evaluation.
5. When the national quality supervision agency puts forward a type evaluation request.
6. When the product is in normal production, type evaluation should be carried out periodically or after a certain amount of output has been accumulated.
Prototype for type evaluation
A prototype for type evaluation shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. The total inventory of the selected products shall not be less than 10 units.
Type evaluation result judgment
There is one unqualified item in the type evaluation, that is, the flowmeter of this evaluation is judged to be unqualified.
Mark
There should be a permanent mark indicating the direction of fluid flow on the obvious part of the flowmeter.
Nameplate
The flowmeter must be equipped with a label that meets the requirements of GB/T 13306. The sign should be in a position that is easy to observe and firm. At least indicate on the sign:
1. The name of the manufacturer, the registered trademark, and the license for manufacturing measuring instruments
2. Product name and model
3. Main technical parameters, such as power supply voltage, measuring range, accuracy grade, nominal diameter, working pressure, working medium temperature, ambient temperature, etc.
4. Explosion-proof grade and explosion-proof certificate number (explosion-proof type)
5. Degree of protection
6. Work position number
7. Product number, production date
Package
The packaging of the flowmeter should meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 13384.
Transport and storage
In addition to the relevant requirements of GB/T 25480, the transportation and storage of the flowmeter should also meet the following requirements:
1. Handle with care during transportation, pay attention to moisture, do not allow super-layer stacking, do not allow upside down, and avoid severe vibration and impact
2. The storage environment temperature is 5℃~40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 90%, does not contain corrosive gases and substances, and is well ventilated indoors.
