1. There is an agitator in the circulation box, the tank level stirring too much, affecting the radar level meter work.

2. The circulation box diameter is small, the radar level meter installation position can not be too far from the mixer, and the installation position is too close to the tank wall, and does not meet the radar level meter installation specifications.

3. The slurry temperature in the circulation box is too high (40 ~ 45 ℃), resulting in a large amount of limestone slurry carrying steam attached to the tank, affecting the measurement.

4. There are three spoilers in the circulation box, when the liquid level is low enough to reveal the spoiler, the level measurement will be affected.

For the above problems, there are several methods to solve

1. Install a diversion tube in the circulation box to reduce the liquid level disturbance

2. The liquid level will be moved to the middle of the stirring beam, 35 cm from the wall of the tube, 30 mm × 30 mm square hole radar level meter

3. Improve the flange position of the radar level meter so that the radar level meter is exposed to the air to reduce the influence of steam.
