Treatment Measures

No flow signal output from the meter 1. The flow meter power supply is not normal. 1. Check whether the output voltage of the power
supply circuit board is normal.
2. The cable connection is not normal. 2. Connect the cables correctly.
3. The liquid flow condition does not meet the requirements. 3. Check the direction of liquid flow and whether the tube is full of liquid.
4. The sensor parts are damaged or there is an adhesion layer inside the measurement wall. 4. Regularly carry out the cleaning of the covered liquid scar layer.
5. The converter components are damaged. 5. Replace the damaged components.
Output value fluctuation 1. Electromagnetic interference generated by external stray currents, etc. 1. Check if there are large electrical appliances or welding machines working in the flow meter operating environment.
