Radar level meter measuring emulsion case study - Just Measure it

Radar level meter measuring emulsion case study

A steel plant, measuring emulsion, process temperature room temperature, process pressure normal pressure, using our high-frequency radar level meter, instrument model RD-902T.

The customer response radar level meter appears to have jumped full range, after the sales engineer checked found that the liquid level will appear foam when feeding, there is a beam below the installation port, causing the front section interference signal, and there is stirring, foam thick time lead to radar no signal jump change.

The solution is that the liquid level at the site will not enter too high, and the front end of the safety distance is all edited dead, to prevent jumping, after the use of good results, no jumping situation.
