Maintenance of radar level gauge - Just Measure it

Maintenance of radar level gauge

The radar level gauge is mainly composed of electronic components and antennas. There are no moving parts and there are very few faults in use.

The occasional problem encountered in use is that some volatile organic matter in the tank will be on the horn of the radar level gauge.

Or crystals on the antenna, as long as they are regularly inspected and cleaned, the maintenance amount is rare.
In daily maintenance, you can use a PC to remotely observe the reflected wave curve.

For interference waves that may be newly generated later, you can use the level gauge to identify false waves to remove the influence of these interference reflected waves to ensure accurate measurement.
