Magnetic flow meter air bubbles - Just Measure it

Magnetic flow meter air bubbles

Generally, the fluid measured by the electromagnetic flowmeter will contain some bubbles, and if these bubbles are relatively evenly distributed, they will not affect the measurement, but once the bubbles become larger, the output signal of the flowmeter will be a larger or smaller influence.

First of all, from the installation to meet the length requirements of the upstream straight pipe section of the instrument, standardize the installation, choose the installation place far away from the heat source, use the pipe velocity rationally, and select the PFA fluoroplastic lining and high-purity aluminum oxide industrial ceramic conduit with high smoothness.

These measures will help prevent or reduce the occurrence of vortices and gas separation.

In other words, measures such as improving the sensor manufacturing process, improving the environmental and installation conditions of the instrument, and installing an exhaust valve upstream of the instrument.
