Immersive electromagnetic flow meter - Just Measure it

Immersive electromagnetic flow meter

This is in line with the requirements of IP67 and IP68 in the standard of the enclosure protection level specified by the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standard IEC529-76 and the equivalent national standard GB 4208-93.

Immersion sensors are generally used for large-caliber flow meters for measuring water or sewage. The installation pipes of these flow meters are usually buried in the ground, and the sensors are often immersed in water. Therefore, it is required that the sensor body, wiring device, and cable should have excellent water-proof sealing. The insulation resistance of the excitation coil and the measuring tube is required to be maintained above 20 megohms, and the insulation strength of the excitation coil to the ground is also guaranteed to withstand a breakdown voltage of more than 1500V. The excitation coil and junction box of the IP68 immersive sensor may be sealed with resin, and the cost and price will increase.
