Gas turbine flow meter fault analysis - no pulse output - Just Measure it

Gas turbine flow meter fault analysis – no pulse output

● Since D2 is a dual power supply, to determine whether 24V is properly powered, unplug the battery or test with a multimeter.

● Pulse equivalent post terminal dial code 1 to ON, 2, and 3 to OFF.

● Pulse active output, whether PNP type is matched with the site.

● Measure the voltage between FOUT and GND with a multimeter, and measure it when the instrument has flow, if it measures 0V (low level) or about 24V (high level), it means the instrument has no output and the circuit board is faulty.

if it measures a voltage between 10V-12V, it means there is output (supply 24V, half of the voltage is measured by the multimeter when there is output), and the customer can check whether the collecting equipment has a problem.
