2. Core Responsibilities
2.1 Equipment Management & Maintenance
Install, commission, and inspect electrical devices (e.g., switchgear, motors) and automation instruments (e.g., sensors, controllers).
Conduct preventive maintenance, identify malfunctions, and restore system reliability.
2.2 Safety & Compliance Execution
Implement electrical protection measures and grounding standards.
Carry out periodic safety inspections and hazard mitigation programs.
Record operational and maintenance data to ensure compliance with industry and environmental regulations.
2.3 Technical Support & System Optimization
Provide on-site support for production/operations teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control issues.
Participate in retrofit projects aimed at reducing energy use, enhancing automation levels, or improving system reliability.
2.4 Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain comprehensive technical files including wiring diagrams, datasheets, and service records.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement, maintenance, and operations for seamless project execution.
