Installation site
Generally, the protection level of the electromagnetic flow sensor housing is IP65 (dust and water spray level specified by GB4208), and the requirements for the installation site are:
(1) When measuring mixed-phase fluids, choose a place that will not cause phase separation; when measuring two-component liquids (for example, dosing liquids with different conductivity from the main liquid), the swimmer should be installed downstream where the mixing is not yet uniform; measuring chemical reactions When the pipeline is installed, it should be installed downstream of the fully completed reaction section;
(2) Try to avoid the negative pressure in the measuring tube;
(3) Choose a place with low vibration, especially for integrated instruments;
(4) Avoid large motors, large transformers, etc. nearby to avoid electromagnetic field interference;
(5) A place where the sensor is easily grounded;
(6) Try to avoid high-concentration corrosive gases in the open-week map environment.
(7) The ambient temperature is in the range of-25/- 10~ 50/60 ℃, the temperature of the integrated structure is also restricted by the electronic components, and the range is narrower.
(8) The relative humidity of the environment is within the range of 10% -90%.
(9) Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible;
(10) Avoid rain immersion, and will not be submerged by water. If the protection level is IP67 (dust-proof and water-proof grade) or IP68 (dust-proof and water-proof grade), the above two requirements (8) and (10) are not required.
