Grounding of the sensor installed on a plastic pipe or a metal pipe with an insulating tinted layer, lining, or lacquer layer on the inside.
When the sensor is installed on an insulated pipe, a short metal pipe or grounding ring must be installed at both ends and then connected with a wire to conduct the fluid.
When it is difficult to install a short metal pipe and grounding material on the sensor, the grounding electrode can be installed by drilling holes in the insulated pipe at both ends of the sensor.
The grounding electrode is made of corrosion-resistant alloy material and is connected to the sensor’s grounding screw with a wire.
