Better understanding of radar level meter from real cases

Case 1, a company in Anhui installed and used our radar level meter, model RD902T and RD701, to measure hydrochloric acid, chlorobenzene, magnesium chloride, ethanol, room temperature, and micro-pressure. The site response radar level meter has no signal, no change. The after-sales engineer went to the site to carefully check and analyze because the model RD902T radar level meter tetrafluoride covered the water caused. The solution is to disassemble and pour out the water inside to reseal it and suggest the flange sensor welding treatment later.

Case 2, a company in Hubei installed and used our radar level meter, model RD901, to measure trimethyl benzene, anhydrous ethanol, chlorobenzene, triethylamine, room temperature, and micro-pressure. In the site response, a radar level meter appeared jump phenomenon, and another radar level meter appeared full tank phenomenon.

After our after-sales engineers found that there were false echoes in front of the one with jumping, but the signal was normal, and the one with a full tank was installed with too long short pipe, and the radar was normal. The solution is to replace a movement and replace the installation position, and the subsequent in and out of the material need to observe the display on the digital display table more found that the change is not normal to go to the scene in time to see, to prevent the full tank.

Case 3, a company in Henan installed and used our radar level meter, model RD902, to measure chemicals, normal temperature, and pressure. The site responded with a new meter with an empty tank and kept restarting. Our after-sales engineer judged that the cause of this situation was insufficient voltage at the site. Subsequently, the after-sales engineer replaced the dual-cavity module and the problem was effectively solved.

Each of them is a different working condition, measuring different media, and the problems that arise are different. I believe that from these cases we know and understand a little more about the radar level meter. As the old saying, the solution to the problem in this article is for reference only, if you encounter similar problems in the process of radar level meter measurement, or specific analysis of specific problems.
