Computer software equipment is mainly used for office or living needs, while the hardware is the most basic condition factor to support the operation of the software. Radar level meter software is mainly used for equipment debugging, hardware is the normal operation of the level meter necessary components, such as antennas, flanges, shells, and so on. Computer problems have no more than two aspects, first hardware equipment parts are bad; second, software program problems, affect the normal operation of the computer. Radar level meter problems, but also no more than these two aspects.
Problems with the hardware generally manifest themselves as the meter not working or the displayed value not being visible. When this happens, first check the power supply to see if there is a problem with the installation of the power supply. Next, check the various connections to see if they are correctly connected. Finally, check the instrument components to see if they are faulty, e.g. if the electronic module is burnt out and does not work properly, it needs to be replaced in time.
Problems with the software are usually characterized by errors in the measured values, fluctuations in the measured values, distortions in the measured values, and distortions in the measured values. After these failures, the first step is to debug the software to see if the measured values can be restored to normal after debugging.
Secondly, check the antenna to see if there is an attachment that is interfering with the return signal and if there is an attachment, clean it and see if the measured value returns to normal afterward. Finally, check the installation position to see if the installation position is not suitable and affects the measurement, such as being too close to the inlet.
In reality, the radar level meter failure is far more complex than we think. The key is to learn to think calmly when we encounter a problem and not to look for it in a haphazard manner without rules and regulations. Even if you do not understand, you can still seek help from professional engineers.
