The main reason for this is that the solid storage tank inlet is generally in the middle, in order to guarantee a stronger echo amplitude and more stable and accurate measurement, the choice is solved by adjusting the gimbal. This should be done well, when installed, the radar antenna needs to reach inside the tank and the distance of the end of the antenna into the tank should be greater than 100mm to ensure the adjustment range of the gimbal.
Third, when measuring liquid materials, the non-contact radar level meter (radar level meter) installation position can not be set in the presence of obstacles directly above, so it can not measure the level of liquid below the obstacles.
Fourth, when measuring the liquid level, the installation of the receiver, in general, must be the end of the antenna out of the receiver, so as to achieve the best measurement effect.
