First, when installing a 400-meter range level transmitter vertically, inclined, or horizontally, it should be noted that no matter whether it is installed in a tank or a tank, it should be ensured that no impurities such as mud or sand will block or bury the probe of the level transmitter.
Second, the liquid level transmitter has a large range, and it is inevitable that the medium will fluctuate. When the medium fluctuates greatly, the probe of the liquid level transmitter cannot be avoided from being damaged.
The probe part of the liquid level transmitter should be weighted or fixed with a sleeve.
Third, the 400-meter range liquid level transmitter must use gas-conducting shielded cables. In addition to power and signal transmission, this type of gas-conducting cable also plays a key role in atmospheric compensation.
When installing, avoid locking the liquid level transmitter cable too tightly or bending it at too sharp an angle to prevent gas blockage or breakage.
Fourth, install an extension cord. At this time, you need to ensure that the wiring part remains ventilated and dry. It is strictly forbidden to soak it, and avoid moisture and dirt clogging the atmospheric connection pipe in the center of the cable.
Otherwise, it will cause damage to the liquid level transmitter or inaccurate measurement.
