Instruments are regularly lubricated and protected against corrosion

The lubrication cycle should be determined according to the specific situation and mainly includes the following parts:

1. Pneumatic cam deflection valves, pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, and rotating parts of electric actuators;

2. Protection box, door shaft of the insulation box, and fastening bolts of the junction box;

3. Bolts and nuts for fixing transmitters, regulating valves, valve positioners, and electrical conversions in harsh environments to prevent thread corrosion and difficulty in disassembly and assembly;

4. The rotating part of the feedback rod of the valve positioner in harsh environments.

5. Thermal resistor and thermocouple junction box bolts or upper cover threaded parts in harsh environments.

6. The connection part between flexible pipe and instrument in harsh environment.

7. In harsh environments, the panel-mounted instrument should be evenly applied with Vaseline or rosin water.
