In fact, in addition to the method of adding a signal filter, there is another method of modifying the signal line of the radar level meter and changing it to routing. The biggest advantage of this method is that it works quickly and allows the radar level meter to return to normal quickly. However, it is difficult and costly to construct. For plants that only require quick results, this is the solution to try.
These are the two quicker methods. Another method, which is slower and takes longer, is to lay wire mesh around the signal cable. This method, not to mention the low cost, and construction is simple, as long as a little bit of experience, you can complete the task, and there is no need for technical personnel to assist with guidance.
Radar level meter is subject to electromagnetic field interference, the above three methods can be well handled, but each method has advantages and shortcomings, when choosing, according to the situation of their own plant, choose the appropriate method. In addition, in order to ensure that the radar level meter measurement is stable and accurate, it is necessary to do the following two aspects.
Firstly, regular maintenance of the radar level meter and related equipment;
Secondly, regular verification of the radar level meter measurement data by means of manual scale inspection to ensure that the measurement error is within the range.
