How to solve problems when installing a guided wave radar level meter - Just Measure it

How to solve problems when installing a guided wave radar level meter

Non-contact radar level meter with a small antenna size for easy installation. However, wave-guided radar level meters are contacted measurement methods, and when installing them, not only the flange part of the meter head must be considered, but also the antenna part.

Firstly, is it OK for the cable to wobble? The answer is of course no. If the cable wobbles, it will easily collide with the inner wall, causing the guided wave radar level meter to indicate fluctuations and causing measurement errors. In this case, try adding weight to the bottom of the cable, which can also be stretched and fixed.

Secondly, the guide wave radar level meter can be installed on top of the obstacles? In reality, there are many working conditions where obstacles exist. In this case, the guided wave radar level meter should not be installed above the obstacle, so that the false signal caused by the obstacle will affect the real signal, affecting the measurement. Normally, the installation should avoid obstacles.

There are far more problems than this when installing a guided wave radar level meter on site. When you encounter them, you should calm down, analyze and solve them, and consult a professional engineer if necessary.
