Three commissioning methods for radar level transmitters

At present, in the measurement industry, with the advantages of accurate measurement, safety and reliability, simple maintenance, and long service life, radar level meter firmly occupies a place, and is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, electric power, coal, and other industries, playing an extremely important role. Today share three radar-level meter debugging methods, so that you have a more in-depth understanding of the instrument.

The radar level meter is a measuring instrument based on the time domain reflection principle. Its electromagnetic pulse propagates at the speed of light along a steel cable or probe, and when it meets the surface of the measured medium, part of the radar level meter’s pulse is reflected to form an echo and returns to the pulse transmitting device along the same path.

The following are three methods of commissioning radar level meters.

1. Commissioning can be carried out using the HAPRT handheld programmer, which is very effective. The field programming module has six keys and an LCD screen which allows the menus to be adjusted. It is so powerful that it is equivalent to a processing instrument.

2. The sensor on the radar level meter can be tested using the GDPF software. When using the software to test the radar level meter, a resistor should be installed in front of its adapter, but in the case of an integrated resistor, there is no need to add an external resistor.

3. Through the display adjustment module GPM for level meter debugging, with the development of science and technology, there is a kind of software for radar level meter intelligent adjustment GDPFSOFTWARE. Using this software to debug radar level meters is very convenient, and debugging accuracy is very accurate.
