Phenomenon |
Reason |
Treatment Measures |
| No rotation of the waist wheel | 1. Dirt-jammed pipes. | 1. Clean pipes, filters, and flow meters |
| 2. The liquid under test solidifies. | 2. Dissolve the liquid. | |
| The pointer does not move or stop when the waist wheel turns |
1. Meter head puller disconnected. Meter head transmission enters dirt. |
Remove the meter head, turn the fork by hand, and the meter rotation smoothly, and the meter head and shaft plugs disconnected; if not, should be checked level by level. |
| 2. The pointer or counter is stuck. | ||
| 3. The transmission has a disconnect. | ||
| Steering seal coupling shaft oil leakage |
Seal packing wear | Tighten the gland or replace the packing. |
| Differential compensation and small flow error bias |
The waist wheel touches the casing, due to bearing wear, or due to dislocation of the main body of the fixed drive gear. |
Replace the bearings, check the drive gear, whether the wheel body is rotating, and whether the screws fixing the gear are loose. |
| Large variation in error | 1. Large liquid pulsation. | 1. Reduce pulsation. |
| 2. Contains gas. | 2. Add the air eliminator. |
