First, we need to know what is slaked lime. Slaked lime, also called slaked lime or calcium hydroxide, is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Ca(OH)2, Mr74.10. A company in Shanghai installed and used our radar level meter, model RD-FMF21, the site conditions are room temperature, and negative pressure, the medium is slaked lime, the site response radar level meter has no signal, measurement is not stable. Our after-sales engineer went to the site to check and found that the receiver under the radar level meter was long and easy to accumulate dust, which led to the above problem. The after-sales engineer immediately gave a solution, the original radar level meter can no longer be used, replaced with a new radar level meter, and told the customer that regular cleaning is needed to completely avoid the above problem again. 

In addition, the radar level meter used in this case is our 120G FM radar level meter, which features millimeter wave radar, measuring accuracy up to ±2mm, measuring the minimum blind area of 0.05m. The antenna size is small to meet more working condition measurements. Multiple lens antennas, small emission angle, concentrated energy, strong echo signal, and very high reliability compared with other radar products under the same working conditions. 

With strong penetration, it can be used normally in the case of adhesion and condensation. Large dynamic signal range, more stable for low dielectric constant medium measurement, multiple measurement modes, fast measurement mode radar response time is less than 1S.
