A company in Shaanxi installed and used our radar level meter, the instrument model is RD906, the site-specific working condition is normal temperature and pressure (with a small amount of steam), and the measurement medium is gypsum slurry.
The site response radar level meter appeared jumping and no signal, because the site conditions are too complex, the radar installation position is too close to the tank wall, and the tank bottom is sloping, there are obstacles near the tank bottom, and the tank wall, resulting in more clutter, the real signal value is too small.
After research, our technicians changed the range, adjusted the echo threshold and envelope amplitude, and the empty tank learned the false echo curve, thus solving the problem and the radar level meter resumed normal measurement.
