For the application of gas flow as below.
1. Please see the attached picture of site piping which the insertion type target meter will be installed if it is ok.
2. The meter is installed in the 350 mm vertically PLASTIC pipe behind the washing tower.
3. The gas is VOC contains HF(氫氟酸) / 200 ppm air and quite high of water vapor.
4. The meter-wetted parts material can not be corrosive.
5. 0~ 4,000 Nm3/h VOC @ 14″ , 20~30℃ ,500 mmH2O
Output: 4~ 20mA.

Please be advised as follows.
1. What is the material of the plugin the DN 100 flange connection? Is it also with lining fluorine on the contacting surface of the DN100?
2. Can you confirm the material of wetted parts of the insertion target meter on the drawing and send it to us.
3. please provide the model code list so we can submit it to the customer for review.

1. Yes, the plug-in material is also 316L+lining fluorine on the contacting surface. Hydrofluoric acid is corrosive. It needs to be embalmed.
2. The lining fluorine can not be seen anything from the picture, and the material is unable to draw. We mark it on the attached picture, the arrow points to the place that will be lined with fluorine anti-corrosion treatment, which can only be described in words. And this point has been noticed by our part and will adopt the according to technology.
3. model no.Z100TF-SBL-CQ350CCNIX can be seen in the datasheet. We will set the flow meter and calibrate it according to customer request conditions and our datasheet.
The catalog is the general catalog and doesn’t have a special one for each flow meter as each customer’s working request is different, so pls check the datasheet mainly and refer to the former general catalog.
