The working environment of the vortex flowmeter
(1) There are many types of vortex flowmeters. The use ranges of different types and models of flowmeters are different, such as ambient temperature, medium temperature, measurement accuracy, and pipe diameter, etc.
Please pay attention to their model and other technologies when installing parameters and take corresponding measures according to its technical requirements.
(2) The installation of a vortex flowmeter should be far away from power lines, high-power electrical equipment, and other places with strong electromagnetic interference.
(3) The vortex flowmeter is more sensitive to the influence of vibration, so when choosing the installation location, it should be far away from the vibration area.
If it must be installed in the vibration area, pipe brackets should be installed on the connected pipeline to fix it.
Grounding requirements of vortex flowmeter
(1) In addition to the signal grounding and cable shielding grounding required by the specification, the flowmeter body should also be grounded, and the grounding resistance of the vortex flowmeter meets the design requirements.
Generally, it should be less than 100 if there is no requirement in the design.
(2) When the sensor and transmitter are installed separately, the electrical connectivity of the connecting cable should be ensured.
Generally, special connecting cables are provided. When wiring, the shielding layer should be connected well.
