Magnetic flow meter limitations - Just Measure it

Magnetic flow meter limitations

  1. It can’t be used to measure gas, steam, and liquids containing a lot of gas.
  2. It can’t be used to measure liquid media with very low conductivity, such as petroleum products or organic solvents.
  3. Ordinary industrial electromagnetic flowmeters cannot be used to measure high-temperature media due to the limitation of the measuring tube lining material and electrical insulation materials; unless special treatment, it cannot be used to measure low-temperature media to prevent condensation outside the measuring tube (Frost) destruction of insulation.
  4. The electromagnetic flowmeter is easily affected by external electromagnetic interference.
