I. Signal Transmitter Module

II. Signal receiving module

The reflected electromagnetic wave signals are converted into electrical signals suitable for subsequent processing after amplification, filtering, frequency mixing and other processing by the receiver. The performance of the signal receiving module directly affects the measurement accuracy and reliability of the guided wave radar level meter.

III. Data-processing module

The data processing module is the core part of the guided wave radar level meter, and its main function is to process and analyze the received electrical signals to extract the height information of the material. The module usually uses digital signal processing (DSP) or field programmable gate array (FPGA) and other technologies to realize signal processing and algorithm operation. 

The height information of the material can be calculated by analyzing the reflected electromagnetic wave signal in time and frequency domains. The processing speed and accuracy of the data processing module determine the overall performance of the guided wave radar level meter.

IV. Communication module

The main function of the communication module is to realize the data transmission and control between the guided wave radar level meter and the host computer. The module usually adopts communication protocols such as RS485, RS232 or Ethernet to realize data transmission and remote control. 

Through the communication module, the measured data can be transmitted to the upper computer for display, storage and analysis, and it can also receive the control commands from the upper computer to realize remote control and parameter setting and other functions.
