1. Hang the intelligent radar level meter in the air so that the radar level meter does not contact the refractory bricks of the furnace wall, this method is used for vertical installation, if installed horizontally, the protection tube is easily deformed. With the increase of the radar level meter insertion hole and the increase in heat loss, the measurement error increases.

2. The lead of the intelligent radar level meter is connected to the iron pipe, which is grounded. If the radar level meter is strung up, the effect is better.

3. Using this method, the leakage current can be grounded directly through the metal object and does not flow into the measurement circuit, thus eliminating the measurement error caused by interference.

4. Ground the measuring end of the intelligent radar level meter and ground a metal wire directly from the measuring end of the radar level meter.

5. Ground the reference end of the intelligent radar level meter and the output end of the radar level meter (or compensation line) is powered by a sufficiently large capacitor.
